May 15 - Northland Democratic Club - Meet the Democratic candidates for the 5th and 6th Congressional Districts. Democratic candidates for state and county offices will also be in attendance. The meeting will be at the North Kansas City Public Library, 2251 Howell Street, North Kansas City. The meeting will take place in the Lower Level Meeting Room of the Library. A social gathering will take place at 6:30 pm. The Business meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. June 6 - Democrats in Action - The meeting will be held at Platte County Democratic Headquarters, 7000 NW Prairie View Road, # 140. The HQ is in the lower level of the Cruise Holidays building overlooking the Kmart parking lot on Prairie View Road near 72th Street..
